This is a Hot Air Fan Cool Fan-made by the Company in Chicago in 1917. There is a 12 "blade is 450 RPM on an alcohol lamp, very small. It's going very well. I spent two weeks of detailed drawings of hands in the character table of the individual parts designed. Plans for the $ 15 sale on ebay + $ 4 shipping.
